Multimedia (dance) performance

A piece in four acts created with a 2-channel video installation. The piece is about the idea of the fifth element of Buddhism. The possibility of getting through the emptiness. The theme of this work is the relationship of human beings to reality and their discoveries of the dependence on traditional rules and profound laws.

Two persons in a white cube - only with the posibillities of their bodies and the material of the scene - shown are images of the rhythm and the fragillity of life. The search for a goal that moves in a process an infinite spiral. But also with the incredible hope to activate archaic forces to be able to survive. This is the possibility that the Fifth Element gives us: The Void - the empty space. The Fifth Element gives us the opportunity to treat nature in an adequate rhythm. A methamorphosis in four acts.

The preparation for this piece and its concept was realized in: Kyoto, Japan, 2017 and Xilitla, Mexico, 2017
